Quick Guide
  • Use the encounter name and region, then the stage in the newer AFK Meta/Wikily map references. Normal enemy levels are listed separately from hero access requirements.
  • The old official achievement descriptions call the mage/ogre area Northhill Crypt; newer references use Spire Hill Crypt and Spire Hill Crypt Lower. Preserve that naming difference when searching.
  • A boss kill and a minion unlock are separate. The listed Rein probabilities are unofficial offline encounter rules, not guaranteed kill rewards or verified Online Mode rates.

Boss and mini-boss stage lookup

This index combines the region identities already retained from official Steam achievement descriptions with newer stage detail from AFK Meta’s 3 October world reference and Wikily’s regions page. It intentionally separates enemy level, encounter type and a Rein research lead. The hero is not required here to be exactly the listed enemy level: the source values describe enemies on Normal. Your build’s survival and the installed map requirements determine whether a stage is a practical next target.

The table includes twenty named achievement encounters, not a claim that no other boss-like encounter exists. Wikily also lists Mythic Rift, three Dream realms and Training Grounds as separate destinations. Those special areas do not follow the same regular-region table. A name absent from these twenty rows should be researched by its own location rather than declared nonexistent.

Match Northhill and Spire Hill without losing the encounter

The original official achievement record used Northhill Crypt for Dark Elf Mage and Ogre, with the Ogre described as in its depths. AFK Meta’s newer map uses Spire Hill Crypt for the mage’s fourth stage and Spire Hill Crypt Lower for the Ogre’s third stage. The named enemies and progression context match, but this review does not invent a patch date for the localization or map label change. If your client shows Northhill, use the encounter name and the depth/lower-area context; if it shows Spire Hill, the newer source’s stage labels offer a direct lookup.

Search achievement descriptions as well as the achievement title. A title can be a phrase about the fight rather than the enemy’s exact name. A region achievement proves the named encounter belongs in that region; it does not alone prove a stage number, coordinates, a level gate or a loot chance. The table’s stage and level additions are therefore attributed to the newer map references rather than relabeled as first-party gameplay verification.

Use region progression and entry costs correctly

Wikily lists eleven regular regions from Kings Woods to enemy level 70 at The Cinder Crown, saying clearing a region’s last stage opens the next one. The early crypt is split into a four-stage area and a three-stage lower area, so “every boss is on stage 7” would be misleading: Ogre is listed at Spire Hill Crypt Lower:3. Mini-bosses in the regular source table appear on the fourth stage, while the final regional encounter is on that region’s last stage. Confirm the actual map connection when an entry is still locked.

AFK Meta displays Demon’s Skull, Skull of Nightmare and Skull of Inferno among entry requirements for regional boss stages. Its cleaned map presentation places the three labels next to each other without fully preserving the difficulty-tab context. Do not read that flattened display as requiring all three at once. The retained Wikily Rein and region pages do not independently specify the full ticket consumption rule, so read the current map’s item requirement before committing to repeated boss runs. This article does not guess a feature’s entry cost from a color word.

Locate the named encounter

Match the enemy and region in the table, accounting for the Northhill/Spire Hill label difference.

Inspect the exact stage

Check stage number, map lock, difficulty and displayed entry item. Keep enemy level separate from a hero requirement.

Choose the immediate goal

A first progression clear, a named material, a Rein attempt and XP farming are different reasons to enter.

Observe the fight before repeating

Watch sustain, potion use, mana and clear time. A high nominal reward cannot compensate for an unsustainable loop.

Review after the clear

Check map progression, actual rewards and inventory rather than assuming every kill unlocks the companion.

Separate boss reward tables from companion ownership

Wikily’s Legendary Reins page lists many specific drops as one roll per cleared encounter: for example Raptor 0.06%, Bloodmoon Werewolf 0.04%, Dark Elf Mage 0.06%, Ogre 0.04%, Venom Queen 0.06% and Ancient Oak Treant 0.04%. It also limits these probabilities to offline rules and says online loot is decided by the server. A percentage is smaller than a guarantee, and encounter-based does not mean one roll for each identical enemy in the pack. The retained page is paginated; rates not present in the acquired excerpt remain unfilled in the table instead of being copied by analogy.

Official 1.0.0i says Legendary Reins are always picked up regardless of filters. That protects collection of the rare drop in its stated scope; it does not raise the chance of the roll or automatically consume a Rein for the roster. Use the new item deliberately, and compare the companion’s capacity and effect with your current one before unlocking or retaining it for trade.

Two official loot changes show why version matters. Patch 1.0.0h added a 5% Golden Treasure Chest chance to Frost Dragon; patch 1.0.0g fixed the Beach Zone final boss wrongly dropping skulls. Neither change is a generic reward rule for all bosses. If your goal is chests or entry materials, read the named change and the current stage’s loot details rather than expecting every named encounter to pay the same reward.

There is no current-client boss rotation or health-pool benchmark collected for this index. The expanded table makes the location research more useful, while the survival decision still depends on your build and observed fight. For XP farming, compare complete-loop XP per minute; for item farming, record eligible encounters and actual reward rather than substituting an achievement percent for drop chance.

Boss location questions

Q: Is Ogre on stage 7 like many region bosses?

The newer world reference puts it on Spire Hill Crypt Lower:3. The lower crypt is a three-stage region.

Q: Does enemy level 25 mean I must be level 25?

No hero-level requirement is inferred from the enemy-level column. Check the map’s actual gate and whether your build survives.

Q: Why is Dark Elf Mage in Northhill in one guide and Spire Hill in another?

The retained official achievement wording and newer map references differ. Use the enemy name and crypt progression context; no exact rename patch is asserted.

Q: Will killing a boss unlock it as a minion?

Only if the Rein is obtained and used under the referenced unlock system. Kill achievement and companion ownership are separate.

Q: Are all Rein percentages current online chances?

No. The reference explicitly frames them as offline rules and server-decided online loot; some paginated rates are not retained here.

Q: Does this list include every boss-like fight?

It indexes twenty named regular achievement encounters. Special Dream and Mythic areas are not declared absent.

For the reward-consumption decision, continue with Minion Reins and Duplicates.
